Privacy Policy

In accordance with EU and UK law this statement sets out our privacy policy to explain how we handle and safeguard the information you submit to us either in the form of an order to us for goods or services or in the form of an enquiry about our goods and services.

The information we hold:

Clients who order our products or services provide their name and address, telephone number and email address and a shipping address. Clients who order an energy clearance for their land and property also provide the address of the property to be cleared which may the address of that client or the address of the property they wish to see cleared on behalf of a third party.

The information provided in an order is held for administrative purposes related to the order in case we need to make enquiries or to act in respect of providing the goods or services. It is also held in case enquiries are made later by the client.

Where an energy clearance of land or property is requested the address of the property is transferred to a separate data process to enable Intelligent Energies Ltd to deliver the clearances permanently and continuously as part of our unique clearance protocol. If this data is not held and maintained in this way the clearance process will discontinue and cease the effect.

We invite all clients to advise us how successful our energy-clearances have been and use that information to monitor the effectiveness of our treatments. We will use this in the form of aggregated statistics for information and publicity and use individual feedback from clients as endorsements or case studies for the same purposes.

No individual names or addresses are revealed in this way and no personal details are given; the anonymity of our clients and the properties referred to on our databases is preserved.

No information is passed on or shared with a third party unless specifically authorised by the person to whom the information refers.

The name and email address of clients or those who contact us is held in a third database for the sole purpose of contacting clients with information about products or services including newsletters. Clients can opt out of this database at any time.
